In this new holiday movie, Chomper, Tippy, Petrie and their pals teach a Velociraptor kid good values.

- In the final scene, at home Littlefoot sees Ruby and her family, and Snickers the Velociraptor is bonding with Ruby's twin siblings and Doc's son-Doc jr. Chomper says that the new addition to the family gets to put the star on the Great Valley Christmas tree star. Snickers thinks Chomper is referring to Tippy and Ruby's twin siblings, but it turns out it is him and he becomes a new dinosaur of the Great Valley. Bron helps him put on the Christmas tree star and they all have a happy dinosaur Christmas.
- This is the first time Chomper and his pals laugh 3-6 times!

Plot[]
Chomper and his gang gets into the Christmas spirit by hanging up decorations and being altogether joyful while awaiting the arrival of Cera's sister Trica, her dad Topsy and his twin nephews, Dana and Diana. After learning that they will arrive at 4 pm, Chomper and his pals leave to get their favorite food for dinner. However, on the way back home they are mugged by a Santa-suit-dinosaur. Chomper hands over his bugs and rocks and orders Petrie to give him the food, but while tossing the bugs the Santa "breaks" in half. Seizing the opportunity, the two run away from the mugger.
When Chomper and pals get to the great valley station, they identify the thief, who turns out to be a sneaky fast-biter child named Snickers the Velociraptor. According to the social worker, Snickers used to be the horror of foster homes because of his stealing habits. Feeling sympathy for Snickers, Ducky's mother decides to take him in as a ward, despite Tippy's initial reluctance. They try to show Snickers that they trust him and attempt to teach him that stealing is wrong.
However, things get slightly bleaker when Cera and her family get stuck in a valley because of a blizzard. Chomper, his friends, and their family groups then go Christmas tree shopping, but can't afford any that aren't "smaller than their grandchildren". Snickers attempts to help by convincing people to bet on him as he plays a game in order to earn enough money for the dinosaurs to buy the tree. When a dinosaur named Mutt loses, he chases Snickers, who runs for cover near Chomper. The dinosaur claims that Snickers cheated him, and Chompers asks if this is true. Snickers then truthfully replies "no", and when Chomper believes him, he gets hit in the head with a tree by the dinosaur.
Chomper then goes to the mysterious beyond, but his pals inform him that he can't participate in the Christmas parade (which is something Littlefoot is quite eager to do since the beginning of the movie) and when he tries to protest, his boss finalizes his "no". To make it up to Chomper, Snicker poses as his boss's driver and locks him up in a bathroom, which will allow Chomper to participate in the parade. Instead, Chomper saves his pals and ends up near the sinking sands, where he eventually bonds with Snickers. Petrie even advises Snickers that cutting corners to get what you want is not the solution. Chomper sees snickers is a good kid. However, a social worker dinosaur named Dara then takes Snickers away and considered to send him back to the mysterious beyond, and meanwhile Cera's dad makes him go to the parade. While there, Chomper saves Snickers.
At home, Chomper sees Topsy and his family, and Snickers reunites with his fast-biter parents and bonds with the twins. Littlefoot says that the new addition to the family gets to put the tree star on the Christmas tree. Snicker thinks Littlefoot is referring to Dana and Dina, but it turns out it is him and he becomes a member of the Great Valley. Bron helps him put on the star and they all have a happy Christmas.
